Scuba certifications are designed to help someone learn how to use scuba equipment properly and dive to specific depths in a safe manner. Certifications range from basic open water certification to technical diving, and even scuba diving instruction courses.

Open Water Diver (10 years+)
Open Water Diver is the first autonomous scuba certification level and allows you to: obtain air fills, rent dive equipment, dive on your own with a buddy (who can be another Open Water Diver and does NOT have to be a diving professional) up to a maximum depth of 60 feet (or 18 meters).

Advanced Open Water Diver (10 years+)
The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. You'll practice navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing (it's like a specialty sampler platter). For every specialty dive you complete, you can earn credit toward the specialty certifications.

Reactivate (Certified 10 years+)
The ReActivate program is a convenient program that's designed to encourage existing certified divers who have been inactive to refresh their skills and re-enter the sport of diving.

Deep Diver (12 years+)
During the Deep Diver course, you'll learn how to plan deep dives, manage your gas supply and how to identify and manage narcosis. You'll learn about buddy contact procedures, safety considerations and buoyancy control at depth.

Nitrox/Enriched Air Diver (12 years+)
The Enriched Air Diver course teaches you everything you need to know about enriched air diving. Firstly, you'll learn how to select the right mix for your dive. You'll also learn how to use an oxygen analyser and how to set your dive computer.

Dry Suit Diver (10 years+)
The Dry Suit Diver Specialty course can be completed in as little as one day and teaches you essential dry suit safety skills. During two dives and one pool session, you'll learn: How to get in and out of a dry suit with minimal assistance, buoyancy control using your dry suit, and how much weight you need, when, and where.

Night Diver (12 years+)
The purpose of the Night Diver specialty course is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and enjoyment of diving at night (For the purpose of training, night is considered any time between sunset and sunrise).

Search & Recovery (12 years+)
In the Search and Recovery course, you'll learn how to find lost objects underwater. You'll practice different types of underwater search patterns and learn how to use a lift bag as you plan and execute mock search operations.

Rescue Diver (12 years+)
The Rescue Diver course changes your focus as a diver from you to other divers. You will learn self-rescue skills, problem-solving, how to recognize problems before they become emergencies, and how to manage dive emergencies both minor and major.

Wreck Diver (12 years+)
The Wreck Diving course is a 4-dive session done over at least a two-day span. During the 4 open water dives included in this course, students will learn information and techniques on land from their instructor and apply them in real-life situations in the water.

Under Water Navigation (10 years+)
The Underwater Navigator course fine-tunes your observation skills and teaches you to more accurately use your compass underwater. If you like challenges with big rewards, take this course and have fun finding your way.

Master Scuba Diver (12 years+)
The Master Scuba Diver rating places you in an elite group of respected divers who have earned this rating through both significant experience and scuba training. Fewer than two percent of divers ever achieve this rating

Requirements:
~Advanced Open Water Certification.
~Rescue Diver Certification.
~5 SPECIALTY Certifications (at least).
~50 logged dives.
~Complete the Master Diver application.

Divemaster Course (18 years+)
Divemasters are experienced scuba divers who serve as guides, mentors and leaders to other divers. If you're interested in turning your passion for diving and ocean conservation into a part-time or full-time career, the Divemaster course is your first step.
**This course is a Professional Level.**

Requirements:
~40 logged dives (before starting course).
~60 logged dives (before finishing course).
~Advanced Open Water Certification.
~Rescue Diver Certification.
~Emergency First Response (within 24 months).
~Medical clearance for diving.

Assistant Instructor (18 years+)
Start gaining additional experience as a professional and become an Assistant Instructor. You will assume more teaching responsibilities while concentrating on developing your teaching skills. It’s a big step to gaining experience in order to become a scuba instructor!

Scuba Diving INSTRUCTOR (18 years+)
A Diving Instructor teaches people who are interested in learning how to dive either for recreational or commercial purposes. More than just teaching and training soon-to-be-divers, Dive Instructors are primarily responsible for the safety of the diving party as well.
**This course is a Professional Level.**

Requirements:
~60 logged dives (at least).
~100 logged dives to attend an IE.
~Emergency First Response (within 24 months).
~Divemaster Certification.
~Assistant Instructor Certification.
~Medical clearance for diving.
