Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of mermaiding with our PADI Mermaid™ course! Designed for aspiring mermaids aged ten and above, this entry-level course requires no prior diving experience. To enroll, simply demonstrate your ability to swim at least 50m/160ft without aids, comfortably float for 5 minutes at the surface, and maintain good physical health. The course comprises two phases: first, engage in knowledge development through independent study with PADI Mermaid eLearning. Then, dive into two confined water sessions, where you'll learn essential mermaiding skills and rescue/problem management techniques. From mastering the dolphin (butterfly) kicks to perfecting C-shape and U-shape side turns, you'll acquire a repertoire of dynamic mermaid maneuvers. Additionally, discover unique skills distinct to mermaid diving, including backward somersault turns, underwater handshaking mermaid bubbles, and elegant back glides.
