Chuuk Lagoon
January 26 - Febraury 4, 2028
Join Splash Water Sports for an unforgettable dive expedition to Truk (Chuuk) Lagoon, one of the most historically significant and awe-inspiring dive destinations in the world. Often referred to as the “Ghost Fleet of the Pacific,” Chuuk Lagoon is home to more than 60 Japanese warships, aircraft, and military artifacts sunk during World War II and preserved beneath warm, clear waters.
This trip is designed for experienced divers who want to explore intact shipwrecks covered in coral, swim through engine rooms and cargo holds, and photograph relics frozen in time—from tanks and trucks to aircraft and ammunition. Visibility is excellent, conditions are typically calm, and dives range from shallow wrecks to deeper, advanced profiles.
Our itinerary emphasizes multiple daily dives, relaxed pacing, and plenty of opportunities for underwater photography and exploration. Whether you are a seasoned wreck diver or crossing this iconic destination off your bucket list, Chuuk Lagoon offers a rare combination of history, adventure, and world-class diving.
